| Описание вакансии "Chief Accountant": |
Main responsibilities
1. To keep the records of legislation regarding accounting updated.
2. To keep the accounting system updated in order to cover the Legal, Tax and Volvo requirements.
3. Together with the CFO to apply changes in the accounting procedures when needed for legal reasons or because of Volvo demands.
4. Handle the strategic contacts with legal, tax and other authorities and to provide them with the information requested no later than on the day due, all formalities being attended to.
5. To supervise that salaries and wages are paid on the days due and also to supervise the administration of the remunerative and tax aspects of company cars, business trips and fringe benefits.
6. To supervise the Statutory, Tax and Volvo Group accounting of the daily transactions and based on that, make required financial reports.
7. To be in contact with Banks and insurance companies on daily operations.
8. To organize the way of working of Accounting department in compliance with Legal, Tax and Volvo requirements.
9. To keep control over accounting systems and accountings records, reports being executed by the branches of Volvo Ukraine.
10. Together with HR and CFO to organize properly staff structure of Accounting department. To be involved in employees hiring process.
11. To perform an expertise of agreements to be sign by Company in accordance with the Legal, Tax and Volvo requirements.
Competence
1. Degree in Economics or similar.
2. Experience from (group) accounting.
3. Good communication skills in writing and verbally with managerial ability.
4. Strong belief in Customer focus.
5. Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.
6. Good PC-knowledge with an ambition to develop.
8. Good knowledge of the IS/IT procedures and systems within accounting.
9. Fluent in English
