| Описание вакансии "Risk and operations manager": |
Main responsibilities:
• Structure risk management function for VFS operation in country as business grows
• Organize and supervise Credit assessment and local credit committee administration prosesses portfolio management
• Monitors adherence to risk policy, compliance to limits and provides an independent view on each transaction
• Review and report portfolio quality, risk concentration and other relevant items in due course
• Liaise with local financial institutions, global VFS syndication partners and Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), proposing and securing optimal syndication structure
• Support country manager in developing, outlining and communicating market strategy and activities to achieve the strategy in the Operating and Business plan reviews
• Together with business development manager develop new products
• Develop, introduce and keep up-to-date operations manual according to company policies
• To secure that the local operations are in compliance with the Volvo Group and VFS policies and procedures
Requirements to the candidate:
• Academic Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
• 3-5 years strong management experience in Finance company or Bank
• A good command of the English language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of credit risk management is essential, preferably in the financial services industry
• Experience of managing and leading a credit and operations team is desirable
• Sound experience of operational management in financial services industry
• Ability to travel 5-7 days in a month
• Clear driving license would be an advantage
