Описание вакансии "Head of Procurement department":	OJSC “RAIFFEISEN BANK AVAL” is seeking highly qualified professional for position Head of Procurement department. Main functional responsibilities: Lead business procurement team Build/maintain relationship with key stake holders to ensure buy in and support Participate in budget planning sessions to align procurement activities with the businesses’ strategic objectives Proactively manage spend by planning of savings initiatives on project level Establish/maintain a transparent procurement process considering country specific regulations but fully compliant with Group Standards Consolidate supplier base and introduce/maintain a process to measure supplier’s performance and quality Drive implementation of e-tools (e-sourcing, e-procurement) Act as interface to RI Central Procurement (Group Savings Report, etc.) Support/ensure local implementation of Group deals . Qualification requirements: Higher education Work experience in banking – 0-1 years, by profession – 3-5 years 3 to 5 years of procurement experience (preferably in the financial services industry) on the position of head of procurement Excellent negotiation skills Excellent knowledge of local market and its dynamics Strong analytics Solid understanding of legal and financial framework Top English language skills Needs to be able to establish good relationship to key stake holders within the business Open minded and interested to co-operate with the ‘procurement community’ and exchange best practices Solution oriented, drives execution Acts in accordance with the highest compliance and integrity standards Requirements to knowledge and skills: goal oriented, experienced with Your application send, with addition “Head of Procurement”.
