Описание вакансии "Operation Section Manager ":	Code: OSM 200 Infopulse Ukraine is seeking Operation Section Manager (Code: OSM 200) to be responsible for management of teams involved in operation activities. Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to): • Performs management of customer operation teams. • Executes and controls projects related. • Builds up a shift plan and control it execution. • Ensures good team's spirit. • Build and maintain the customer operation KPI for Monitoring and Service Desk. Successful candidates should correspond to the following minimal required competencies: • 1+ year at the manager position. • Extensive computer systems knowledge. • Awareness about 24/7 operations. • Knowledge of compliancy and legislation requirements to 24/7 operation. • Experience in IT Operation or Project management is a plus. • Experience in Customer Operation, Service Desk or Monitoring is a plus. • Good command of English (both spoken and written). The ideal candidate should demonstrate competency in decision-making, planning and organizing, flexibility, self-initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project communications are in English.
