| Описание вакансии "Financial Representative": |
Main responsibilities:
• Maintain direct contact and support the financial relations between Volvo Group/ VFS and the customers from Ukraine.
• Present and clarify to potential customers the advantages of Volvo Group/ VFS financial solutions.
• Provide support in collecting financial and other information needed for potential customers’ credit evaluation including through customer visits.
• Inform potential customers of the financial terms and conditions for the acquisition of Volvo Group products, but without the authority to commit Volvo Group to concluding the contracts.
• Analyse the information provided by Volvo Group/ VFS regarding customer payment performance and inform the customers if they fail to perform their obligations towards Volvo Group/ VFS. Report to Volvo Group/ VFS the customer response.
• Encourage good co-operation between different departments within Volvo Ukraine.
• Know, understand and develop effective relationships with the existing and potential customers of Volvo Group/ VFS.
• To keep and maintain database of documents received from potential customers during their advertising, targeting and marketing activities.
• Understand and execute Volvo Group/ VFS Eastern Europe policies and procedures.
Requirements to the candidate:
• University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
• Prior experience from working in retail financial services;
• Excellent communications & presentation skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Effective negotiation skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English ;
• PC literate, especially broad experience in MS Office.
